How to move Windows 10 notifications to the upper-right corner?

With Windows 10, Microsoft changed the way notifications appear, they are now shown in the bottom-right corner in Windows 10 while they were displayed in the upper-right corner in Windows 8 / 8.1.

This can be annoying as it can overlay other parts of the interface such as the application menu.
