Unified Set of User Instructions (User Guide)
I am a new user (one week). As far as I can tell, there is no Maps Pro User Guide or set of Instructions that a new user can use to "get up to speed" with this application. All I have found are scattered user notes, typically focused on a single feature, and a long list of updates.
It appears that the user is supposed to be able to "intuitively grasp how Maps Pro is intended to work. That may be an OK way to go, up to a point, but for the more subtle aspects of functionality, organized instructions are better.
For example, I cannot figure out exactly how pushpins work. I can touch the screen and drop one on a location, but after that... Can they be labeled? How are they deleted? I can't find anything about this.

Here are the documentation articles about Favorites, as planned:

Hello again :)
It is true that there is currently no User Guide for Maps Pro, which is something I will work on. There are two main reasons for that:
- Maps Pro has been evolving very fast and keeping a documentation up-to-date is a hard task
- It is hard to have a guide that will fit everyone's needs. Maps Pro is being used by so many different uses (hiking, preparing car rally, preparing housing project, GPS navigation, ...) that they would require almost different documentations. So instead, I have filled a "Knowledge Base" which acts a little like many chapters of a documentation, sorted by category (GPS, Overlays, Settings, etc.):
https://mapspro.uservoice.com/knowledgebaseThese articles are very specific and help you solve differents problems or questions you can have with the application. They all come from the what I head doing customer support, and I regularly add articles so that the documentation is more and more complete.
For instance, your question is about favorites, which is currently not well explained in the documentation, so I am going to fix that and let you knowAgain, thanks for your feedback!
