  1. Scan only for the presence of each offline map and do not load each offline map until required.

    I have purchased multiple offline maps and the delay in launching the program is simply unacceptable. When launching the program, scan for available offline maps but do not load until a position on such maps is requested.

  2. Keyboard shortcuts

    I'd like to see a shortcut to change off line map type on the fly
    I command the program, when driving, with a remote controller and this command would be great to program in the remote and change map with the touch of a key as do now with the other shortcuts: zoom in and out and pan in four directions.

  3. Increase the visibility of the position marker

    Increase the visibility of the marker without necessarily increasing the size--may be add a circle around the arrow.

  5. Great improvements since I last tried it! But....have a request

    Just installed Maps Pro on a Windows 10 tablet with LTE and GPS. When using this app with windows location services, it is hard to tell when a GPS lock has been obtained or just an approximation of location from a cell or wifi connection It would be great if the number satellites linked and their strengths could be shown. Or at least when a “real” GPS fix is obtained, or more importantly, when the "real" GPS fix is lost. Keep up the great work.

  6. Test the installation on Windows 10 with SDcard install.

    Just got a new Windows 10 tablet. Installed Maps Pro on the SD card (64Gb). At first the install failed until I discovered that the SD card slot was defective and intermittent. Once I got that fixed I could not install Maps Pro again, so I uninstalled it. Next I tried to install Maps Pro on the C drive (standard install). The install failed every time. The SD was not in the machine. I went through the registry and deleted any key/data that had "MapsPro" in it. Reinstalled perfectly. Obviously the uninstall did not completely clean up the SD card…

  7. use Bing for routing

    Can the routing use Bing instead of Google. I am traveling in Japan at the moment, Google routing is giving directions for all the bends in the road as well as the intersections. Really frustrating! I was hoping Bing might be better, or just give me directions at the intersections.

  8. using the pin on Surface with finger difficult

    Can you make it easier to use the pin with a finger on a touch screen? Works fine with mouse. Very difficult to actually put the pin on the screen. Also difficult to bring up the context menu on the pin with finger.

  9. Make POI files accessible via File Managers

    So POI's could be easily viewed and names edited, and POI's for a given area could be deleted as a group when no longer needed. A time saver.

  10. NEED A FUNCTION "ALWAY ON ROAD"

    Please add a Funktion to Keep the CAR Symbol always on a Road.
    On Bluetooth the Symbol is somttimes drifting away fort 5 to 10 Meter.
    To correct tat, such a Funktion would Keep the Symbol on the Road while GPS data is drifting for certain Mieters.

  11. Change the color of imported GPX tracks to reflect speed at that time

    Have the track change color to reflect your speed at the time. At the slowest speeds the track appears red. At the highest speeds, the track would appear green.

  12. Need Win 10 universal app version

    I just got a new Microsoft Lumia 950 xl with Windows 10 mobile, and boy would I like to have a universal app version of Maps Pro that would run with it. This would be really great for hiking trips.

  13. Tabs for few views at once

    Please consider adding tabs feature to make possible to havie few views at once. I'm heavy Maps Pro user and sometimes I need to see few places and not to loose focus on previous one. Adding tabs would be a great thing to see in Maps Pro.

  16. Take GPS input from a Windows phone

    I found the workaround to allow a tablet using Maps Pro to use a GPS input from an Android phone. I use a Windows phone and haven't found a way to share the Windows Phone GPS connection with my Windows tablet. I would love to have this option, is it possible?

  17. Support user-created maps in mbtiles format

    I have been using Galileo map software on my iPad along with a map I created in mbtiles format. Galileo only runs in iOS and Android systems. I'd like the same functionality on my Surface Pro computer.

  19. Heads Up Display: Add an option to reverse and mirror the screen

    Any chance of an option to reverse and mirror the screen so when it is reflected in the car windscreen at night it can be read as a Heads Up Display

  20. make way to disable destination info box

    in directions mode, the destination has an info/menu icon that is really wide and covers the route immediately next to the destination. needs a way to hide/display the icon.
