   I have just a suggestion, it would be top to an option of integration of contacts (outlook, hotmail, gmail etc.) on the maps to help the professional to have a vision of their customer/prospect!

2. Bugs/Suggestions for an ergonomic application

   I have just installed the application and I have detected some bugs/lack of functions:

   1. when I resize the map while the navigation is started, the navigation mode stops automatically; I want to be able to hear the driving instructions while browsing the map.
   2. after I resize and move the map, having a destination set and road map menu on the left open, that menu keeps refreshing over and over again at the interval of 1 second. It's a little bit annoying.
   3. I want to be able to view the map in 3D or at least the map to be resized automatically to the optimal size for driving (and automatically center to my location) when I begin the navigation or tap "continue navigation". And also it would be great to permanently have a button on the screen to center to my location and resize at the same time.

   The Google Maps application for Android is a good example of ergonomy, I think that you can inspire and take the good parts of it (and of other good GPSes like Garmin) and apply them to Maps Pro. This navigation application does really have potential, being the single one for tablets with windows 8 that really works.
   But for now I think that the price for Maps Pro is a little bit too high for what it offers. I don't know yet if i'll buy it or... I better wait to see an upgraded, stable and ergonomic version. Anyway, good luck and keep up the good work! :)

3. Change the color of imported GPX-Tracks

   Currently if you import an .gpx-Track it is shown as a blue line. It would be great to have an option to change the color, thickness and transparency of that line.

5. Show boundaries of downloaded areas that are accessible while offline

   When zooming around downloaded maps it would be really useful to be able to see which areas have what level of tile available. A simple box over the area containing a number for maximum level of detail would be sufficient.

   What I noticed was that after downloading a high res map (level 17) of a small geographic area of the UK I could zoom out of the area and still see map coverage at a lower level, up to a certain point when there was subsequently no data available so we simply got the grey squares. Obviously, within the depicted map there is a different level of detail available: level 17 for the small high res area and some lower level for the areas outside the high res coverage. It would be useful to know where those boundaries are.

   When I pan the map over to the North American west coast I see at a low level of coverage a very large area comprising the the whole of Washington state and most of British Columbia. Now I know that within this area there are high resolution tiles available for the area around Vancouver, but I can't tell that by simply looking at the coverage. I have to know it by remembering what I've downloaded previously. It would be useful to have the high coverage area depicted somehow by an area rectangle containing a number showing the highest level of detail available in that area.

6. Simple geofencing to trigger voice alerts or activate SMS

   As I drive to fetch my son, and am reaching the corner of Street X, I want the Maps Pro to alert me to SMS my son that I am already at that corner and to get ready for pickup in 3 mins. It can also be used to remind me to drop by somewhere or do a short detour when I reach a certain part of my journey etc.

7. Map Style selection on one page

   I switch between maps often. To switch between Google and Gaode needs a lot of scrolling.
   If the picto's are smaller, all maps fit on one page, and that makes selection of a map faster.

11. GPS satelitte covering status screen

    There is no, as I've found, Win8 apps that shows satellite status with fix/nio fix and covering like many apps on Android/Ios phones in Win8/Win8.1. Now I have to rely on the Sensor Tool from the SDK to verify if the GNSS sensor have satellite covering or not. A simple status screen would make it eaier and would remove any doubt if I have covering or not.

    Now all overlays (all gpx tracks) are displayed without structure and sorting. Please add some support for grouping, sorting, and so on. You may also add a possibility for directories and subdirectories.

14. Implement voice recognition

    1. Implement basic simple commands such as: zoom, "zoom out", "show destination", "show current location", "turn on XXX" and "turn of XXX" where XX is a feature or setting.

    2. Implement more complex and conceptual commands like: "How far is it to next gas-station", answer should be read out using the speech API and include

       • 1. Distance to gas station (time and km)
       • 2. Information on if it is along the current route or if it will be a de-tour.

    Follow-up commands should be possible...
    - add waypoint and recalculate route
    - next on route
    - go back to the previous one
    - next one (the second closest not necessarily along the route)
    - with rest-room (restaurant, cafe)
    - with FUEL (Fuel could be diesel, gas, electricity/charging, gas, alcohol, ....)

    Didn't say it would be easy, but it should be possible...you need to use Fuzzy Logic and hard code as little as possible and instead use POI, map-data and other sources to try figure out what the speaker wants.
    Of course there should be some grammar that needs to be followed and some syntax rules.

17. Add predefined hiking roads and other well-known paths of the world

    I love the program and would like to point out an improvement if you think that would be wonderful good, and that could be used for hiking and pre-established such as the "Camino de Santiago" or other spiritual paths of the world. I'm sure the road to Santiago managers provide them with the data to develop the idea.

19. Upload recorded journeys directly to an OpenStreetMap account

    Recorded journey are currently saved on the hard drive as GPX files. It would be even better if they could be uploaded to an OpenStreetMap account directly from Maps Pro

20. Retrieve GPX tracks from an OpenStreetMap account

    OpenStreetMap users with an account can upload tracks and associate them with their account. Right now, you have to download the GPX file and open it with Maps Pro.
    It would be best to be able to access and load GPX files from an OSM account directly from Maps Pro

    So it should be possible to list them in the list of overlays as a new section
